Once more competition enters the recreational marijuana market in IL, let's all not forget how badly Rise ripped everyone off and shop anywhere BUT here.Also, people leaving 4-5 star reviews have probably never bought marijuana at street prices and therefore do not understand how badly they are getting ripped. I'm okay with it being up charged, but not like this. The means of production are not that expensive, they're just capitalizing DURING A PANDEMIC because there is a freeze on dispensary permits at the moment.

Avoid whenever possible. Some staff are very rude! With a medical card, they know you can't switch to another dispensary without some hassle. But, it's worth it. Most are friendly, but, A few have attitude. When you're paying top dollar (Colorado prices are 1/5th the cost) you would think they would have better customer service. You would think, as a customer, you wouldn't get yelled at by the cashier just because you disagreed with her opinion. (IT'S A FACT, she yelled!) Who needs that? Pick a medical only place for better service. You're better off.

2020 Gave them a second chance a year later but still horrible. Placed an order at noon and received a text seven hours later saying my order was declined. Never any confirmation email or reason given.2019No one there ever answers the phone. You can't leave a message of inquiry because the mailbox is full. No disclosure as to whether or not they actually sell recreational cannabis and jnot medical only. No indication as to whether they have anything in stock or not.

Waited in line here for three hours. This is after pre-order and they confirmed that they had my order available. Dispensary 33 in Chicago somehow figured out time slot reservations, and it took 5 minutes. It's not rocket science to give people time slots. Save your time and sanity and go to a better managed dispensary.

Great customer service, taking serious precautions during the quarantine. The inventory gets bigger and more consistent every time. Pricey, but so is every dispensary. Even the security guard, outside, is super cool!!Being the only one around, they could let service suffer but they never have!

It can be intimidating if you're not sure what to expect, so this is for you! First of all everyone is super nice, very professional and helpful. You order online (not in store) and after submitting your order online you will added and in "line" to enter and pick up your order. (They are doing it this way I presume to keep a manageable amount of customers safely both inside the dispensary and outside in line. Smart if you ask me! I appreciate it) You will get a text message once it's time to get in the outside line (you'll see the line and also the security guard that you can talk to you if you have questions- I just wait in my car and chill till I get the text) then you just line up outside will be told once to enter. There they will check your ID, and you move through the inside line rather fast to the checkouts, pay for your order and youre done! Yes, there is tax. Yup, it's pricey. Heck yes, its worth it. High quality edibles, super knowledgeable, friendly and professional staff with top notch customer service.

Rise Mundelein is absolutely HORRIBLE... incredibly long lines with no COVID safety had a hipster from Portland breathing down my neck while we was bragging about how much cheaper it is there to the person behind him, a lot of the dudes working there couldn't care less (look super stoned) the entire experience was pure chaos. The online system is broken so even after ordering they may have not even gotten it. Drove a half hour to wait in line for 2 hours to find out they didn't even have my order & what I wanted was sold out. If you have social anxiety of any kind STAY AWAY from this place. Truly appalling service, every time I smoke this mediocre weed I'm going to find of what a horrible journey it was to get it & it's prolly not even worth it after tax... REALLY BAD :(

The staff are efficient and very professional. Covid precautions were followed. However, the checkout using a debit card was not cool. They slip in a "Merchant Fee" to the final price of 10% and do not indicate that it's voluntary. So they obtain a hidden tip under the guise of a "Merchant Fee" which they then do not have to report as income. Because of this I plan to only go to the Niles Rise and pay cash only.Tipping the cashier at a dispensary is ridiculous. Do you tip the cashier at CVS or Walgreens? Didn't think so..the exorbitant taxes are quite enough.

There's nothing middle of the road with this location.... their features are either really great or really bad. LOL. But, this is my current designated medical facility so I'm tied to it for now. The EXCELLENT: - Customer Service / Employees: every time I've been here the person helping me (even down to the guys working the line and checking ID's) have been SUPER-friendly and super-helpful. They are truly just great. And it's noticeable. It keeps me coming back.- Location: they're set back in an industrial area so it's easy to get to and easy to get in and out of.- Employees. - Following COVID protocols and take it seriously: They have tape lines to mark 6 foot intervals for the lines and I've seen them asking people to please stay on the lines to maintain distance. They've also got up acrylic walls between you and the staff inside (see also negative of that down below)- Employees- Nice interior: nice, bright & clean, has a couple different "seating" areas, public washrooms available - They have an "outreach" team: They can do things like help you get your medical stuff all setup, give you a packet of info, answer all your questions,etc- Nice selection / love being able to shop online and then just go pickupThe Not-so-great:- My biggest complaint is not being able to hear. Due to the pandemic they have acrylic walls up inside, in-between you and the staff waiting on you and so you can't hear anything when trying to talk to them!! I'm a total noob and have a lot of questions about things, and it's SO frustrating to not be able to hear the answer. It truly pisses me off. This will be the reason i switch to a different place. The next complaint below also plays into this.... - The size of the building: it's TINY. You can't hear anything because there's 25 other people all talking so close to you. The actual place to talk to someone and get your product is super small but they have like ten checkout counters all in this one tiny location. They really need a bigger location. - Due to being so tiny, you have to wait in line outside to go in. They are ALWAYS busy, hence there is always a line. Now even though this sucks, they've tried to make it a bit better by putting up a tent over a portion of the line so at least you're covered from the elements. And at some times they even have staff outside in the lines helping ot point you to correct line, checking id's, etc.- Luckily I'm a med patient, so i get to park close. But for everyone else you're supposed to park in the lot across the street and from what I've seen it can get kinda gross (muddy/full of puddles/etc)- Cash only. Now they do have an ATM on-site, but it's just a pain. I hate dealing with cash and never have any on me. I can't wait till they get a credit card processor again.- Website details are seriously lacking. There's hardly ever much description about the products. I dont know if this is a "rise" thing, or if it's due to state laws or what the deal is. But it's frustrating to buy stuff blindly without more description of a product.- Product rotation: they seem to rotate things really fast. Which is hard if you really like a product and want to re-purchase and then they dont have it any longer. I've already had this happen a couple times. I see the benefit of rotating, but it also kinda sucks. ---------------------------------------------I want to get a little deeper on a couple things.... Being a noob i was definitely intimidated to go my first few times because what I had assumed is that all the employees would be weed-snobs and kind of act like condescending dickhe*ds. But I couldn't have been more wrong! They're all so happy to share knowledge and give recommendations and just chat about product in general. This put me at ease and they've helped me make some great picks!! The day i got my medical paperwork from my doctor i headed to Rise and worked with Sam from their Outreach team. She was truly a rockstar and spent a lot of time to help me get all registered with the state and everything, educate me, and gave me a packet of helpful information to take home, etc... It truly made my first experience with a dispensary ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations. She knew her stuff and was so great about helping. Another person who's spent some time with me is Amy. She's helped me make some picks based on my medical history/pain needs. She sat and chatted with me, gave me her email in case i need to chat, etc. She's been great. overall this is my current medical facility and so I'm tied to them. Just out of curiosity I'm sure at some point I'll switch to another dispo to see how the others work, but i truly appreciate for the folks here at Rise in getting me setup and educated and comfortable with the whole process and purchases. I am a medical patient. I realized I qualified for medical years ago but I did not know how easy the process was so I held off. Everyone who works here, whether you're a medical patient or not, is treated with straight up kidness and respect. Staff is helpful, intelligent, and warm. My first poor experience, however occurred yesterday. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought dispensaries had to keep a certain amount of flower, always, solely for medical patients. I'm not just trying to get stoned, i use this as medication instead of opiates or benzodiazepines for fibromyalgia and PTSD. I feel like that should be prioritized over recreational. Came in around 530 yesterday, and I could not preorder. Website is frequently down. I showed them what I wanted to pick up what they claimed they had 5 minutes earlier. The employee made me stand in lane 15 plus mins. Must have been new, kept asking the coworker next to her what to do. Nothing happened. Was becoming increasingly irritable as an 80 year old man was screaming about CBD oil counter to my right. She then called who I suspect was the manager and he was my saving grace. My one complaint is that you need to update your menu, but consistently. and your website is horrific. . Also you should not be selling all of the flower to rec. Users and leave someone with a med card nothing. I literally had only one choice of bud, she still couldn't find out what was going on, and took forever for the employee to escalate the situation to management. I have asked, everytime, for them to order more dogwalker joints, my favorite product I've had from them, but nobody seems to know what's going down or who talks to who, or how anything is ordered....great place, good people, needs to all come together and set straight standard iperaromg procedures and not make med. Patients stand for 20 minutes watching a woman frazzled because she didn't have the tools to do her job.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of customer service here. I have no problem spending the money on quality weed products at all, but.... when I spend 75 bucks on a thc cartridge and the next day it randomly stops working.. I'm a little salty. To make matters worse, not only did the cartridge stop working but the whole thing literally fell off my battery into tiny pieces.. like wtf.. I've emailed them, left messages, everything you can think of and I just continue to be let down and disappointed. They need to hire someone who strictly handles customer service in store and online/phone.. this is how you lose customers RISE.

Nice set up! Before entry your greeted by the security, everything is in order and done in a systematic way as far as getting people scanned in. Uh it's pretty loud in there, Rise be POPPIN it was a lot of people there but they were moving thru ppl quickly. I was there for the flower, not many options either a gram at a time or and 8th at a time. It was cool this place has great potential for the future as far as item selection. I'll be back

During COVID-19 they've been the most responsible place of business I've been inside. Taking all precautions to make sure the people in line and in the store are six feet apart and wearing masks. As of this review, they have a nice head start on the market. I can only see them improving when their competition starts rising this year. Prices are high right now. That's not surprising at all. But just like Colorado once other dispensaries come to town, they're going to have to be more competitive with product price.I went a few times in the last year. Every time I see improvement. I am actually impressed by their professionalism.

Very disappointed in the customer service I received today 9/27/20. Here is what happened. I ordered Mag Landrace RSO from the rec menu 6:45 am. Got text confirmation that my order is ready (7:22) and I am ready to be served, checked in and told pre-order is ready, get to cashier and she tells me the same and we are both waiting for my order to come out until the cashier decides to check to only find out that the order is not available to rec users. I ask for the manager who basically attempts to blame me (the customer) for not receiving a cancellation message which I did not and obviously neither did the check in person or cashier. The manager basically give me so bad so sad weak apology and basically put the problem in my court for not seeing this phantom message. BTW I have spent quite a bit as a loyal customer however no attempt was made to makeup for YOUR mistake. I understand that mistakes happen however I will not tolerate as a customer being blamed for your lack of menu management and timely communication to your customer and staff on order status. Since you remedy is "sorry" wait for our text next time, My remedy will be to shop elsewhere so you can now wait on my next order which will be never.BTW Skokie Greenhouse Dispensary is close to Mundelein and has lower prices than Rise's Medical products on sale and have 2x the rec inventory and much better customer service. Greenhouse is my new dispensary; screw Rise with there gauging prices and poor customer service which I had thought had gotten better.....WRONG!

Changing dispensaries. The staff is nice but they carry nothing. There is no flower. I'm a medical patient and opened the menu to see 1 strain of CBD flower for the second day in a row...and it's only 14g for $165. Not everyone has that kind of money right now. There have been no more than three strains for months. It's not a flower shortage - I looked online at other dispensaries and they are all carrying a lot of inventory. Day after day this dispensary carries nothing. It never used to be this way. You used to walk in to a huge menu prior to this company taking it over. Huge disappointment.

Wow! Super impressed with the online order pick up process. Very professional, friendly and organized. I went in on a Thursday around lunch time. While it was pretty busy, I was still in and out under 10 minutes. Everyone was wearing a mask and keeping safe distances. Very happy customer and will go back.

Super friendly workers and HUGE thank you goes out to Forest- this dude definitely knows his stuff and was able to help guide me to the best products for what I needed. 10/10 would return based on my experience with him by itself. As is the case with ANY STORE, to get the best selection of merchandise, you need to get there early. Order ahead if possible. If you have a medical license, you get priority access in line and the absence of limits make narrowing down a non-issue.

Lol been calling for 6 months almost everyday no one ever answers the damn phone. Horrible service. Place is small once i got there and again service is bad and no flower for rec use only oils f*ck that i want real flower. I Was standing in line for no reason. Black market weed is the way to go cheap and amazing qulity and easy delivery no lines. I wish i could give this place a zero. Not sure how this place has so many 5 stars reviews on google but it must be fake. The owners and friends of owners must be on here all the time leaving fake reviews. Well.. Here's a real review you panzy and stop charging 65 plus taxt for 8th of weed lmao 9% thc thats almost like mexican dirt weed qulity. First of all, there is a very limited selection. I waited in line hoping to get Concentrates because they had them on their recreational menu online. They ended up not having any so I went with a palm blunt, which was for sure on their menu for the day.Well, they gave me a pre roll, which was not on their menu for the day. So instead of getting what I ordered, I payed more for the wrong product. Definitely will not be going back any time soon. It was not worth the wait.Update: That was the worst pre roll I have ever had. Someone needs to learn how to roll a J....ZERO air flow. what good is a joint if you can't even pull smoke from it??? smh...

I have been coming to RISE Mundelein for 9 months now and the staff is excellent. However, ever since recreational marijuana became legal, their stock is always in short supply. Going to IHeartJane web site, other dispensaries have better stock on hand than RISE does. It is disappointing that RISE (owned by GTI) can't get a handle on their suppliers. Unless RISE (GTI), gets a handle on supply quickly, I just might have to change dispensaries for one that has a good marijuana supply chain.

They are trying, but Illinois has made it difficult to succeed! WAY OVERTAXED (for recreational) and a laughable supply. Since about January 7th, there has been little to no flower available to recreational customers and medical is only marginally better. The other day, after about a 45 min wait, they had ZERO FLOWER, four vape carts (2 low THC), a couple of edibles and some salve...one .5g cart 78% THC was $84 after taxes. Leave it to Illinois to do the right thing, absolutely wrong!! Good luck guys, but I think it's gonna be a tough time.

Have been a few times, and am forgiving about most glitches as this place is super busy after legalization. However, today was extremely disappointing, and consumer beware. Bought a vape product and was told I could purchase the device/battery once inside. Turns out that is not the case, was told to go to the nearby vape shop for the device. Which of course was not open. Soon many more shops will open, think I will wait until then before going back here.

Beware double barrel cartridges. Stopped working within 24 hours. When I asked about returns, answer wasn't promising. According to the company website their batteries lose their efficacy over time. It would seem the product they are selling for adult use has been sitting around a bit. For 95.50 I expect much better quality. I will stick with the smaller dispensaries.

There's usually a line but they keep it moving and seem to always be getting better. I have felt safe here in the covid era... they take all the necessary precautions. They tax you a bit. I have been here numerous times and each time was great. Some people in line were complaining about limited stock and how dispensaries in other states are much better. You have to realize that Illinois just legalized marijuana for recreational sales this year and those other states went through a learning process just like dispensaries in Illinois are. I have visited numerous dispensaries out-of-state (look at my other reviews) and was happy with the level of customer service I have received. If there was a line when I went to Rise they got us through the line quickly. Rise is working with a very limited stock some days so check their online menu before you go. When you get there they give you an iPad to put your order in on and again they have a limited stock. There was a guy in front of me in line that didn't understand why he couldn't have the same thing he bought last week and again that is because they have limited stock. Rise along with other dispensaries are adapting to customer need along with what Illinois will let them do law wise. I'm just happy marijuana was legalized in our state.

This is the one consistent dispensary I've found in the Chicago area. I live near Wrigley and I've found it's worth it to drive out to Mundelein where I know I'll be able to purchase what I want. My new weekend routine is getting up at 8 to beat the lines, which aren't terrible even closer to 10. I wish they would have a working phone system, I've called 10+ times since they opened and have never gotten through even after waiting through 45 minutes of terrible elevator music. I enjoy the cartridges and products they bring in, not too worried about the limitations on the amount of flower you can purchase. Last time I went however was the first time I've gone and there were zero carts available. In this case I was a little disappointed in the limitations because I walked out of the store with just 1 G.I've bought one faulty cart from them, and was referred to the company Facebook account, then referred back to the store again, but was finally sent home with a new cart free of charge.Overall, solid dispensary doing their best in the midst of a weed frenzy.

Drove an hour out to be there right when they opened at 7am. Stood in line for 30 minutes for them to come out and say they open at 9 now. If you are going to change your times, maybe LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW.. NOT AFTER SOME OF US HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 40 minutes.

The selection is amazing. So many options to choose from. Literally went to see what all the hype was about and was kind of upset. You have to wait in a ridiculously long line. They have zero signs that say where to park. You have to get on a waiting list online. Then when they are ready for you, you go wait in another long line in front of the store. The product was worth the wait but it was such an inconvenience to get to and through almost makes it not worth it. The time for the wait line was insane. I got there at 9:45 didn't leave until noon.

I had surgery and it was delayed a couple hours allowing me to get my medicine before hand rather than after surgery. Savanna was so knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding. This place just wants to get as much money as it can out of you. The best thing that ever happened to it was Lake County Board voted against allowing new licenses. Now they can sell anything they wish for as high as possible. They don't answer their phone primarily to get you there. Next, they list stuff that they say is available at the time but isn't after you arrive. I believe it is just because they want to force to buy what they have in stock like their outrageously over-priced concentrate. I say avoid this place. Front line people have questionable knowledge about products. Med Men in Evanston make this place look shameful. Same exact product for less price and more choices than Rise in Mundelein.

Quality flower and vape cartridges but the tablet they give you to order from doesn't have an accurate description of the effects for their vape cartridges. The box it comes in does however. It's an easy fix for better customer service. The lines look long but move along at a steady pace so no complaints there. Everyone inside is very friendly and willing to help with orders if technology isn't your forte. Once their stock and selection improve and more detailed descriptions for cartridges and other products are added, this place is will be phenomenal

I'll be flat out honest. I have been coming here a lot recently , one of the times a employee member was very dis respectful to me and ignorant towards my concern of people blatantly cutting the line. I expressed my thoughts to them and we sat down and they apologized and even gave me a discount for the situation. I'm glad I was taken care of because that was the right thing to do ! Except for that, there employees are TOP KNOTCH and are very intelligent when it comes to the marijuana plant. Every time nice and respectful and make you feel at home vs going and buying something at the store and keeping it simple. They get to know you and care for ALL of there customers. THANKS RISE!!! Would not reccomend it.I can tell you they don't answer phone...verify yourself. And the poor customer service continues. They close early although it states open until 7pm.They could care less.When the hype settles down with service like this they won't be out front that's fir sure.

Started with the clinic Mundelein on day 1. Ben got off to a good start due to reputation, hard work, and being generous. Now he's got these YES MEN that will tell you anything, like Brendan Bloom! This guys his own best fan! He's the guy hiding in the back with the other employees. Brendan says there is no place cheaper, LOOK AROUND, there are much better and DEFINITELY cheaper. They care about the patient...NOT JUST THE MONEY! They have a few knowledgeable employees......they won't last. I was a patient (or cash cow) there from day one, They could care less! Bloom single handedly will run this place right into the ground. You don't give previous employees "Hush Money" to keep their mouths shut!!!! Go over and see if you can meet Bloom with his penny loafers on..... he has no problem looking you in the eyes and just telling you a pack of lies! Now all you see is a revolving door. If you like being "Micro Managed" try applying. Bloom should be proud of himself, he's got quite the name in the industry. That's what happens with some people when they are given a title, it goes right to their head.

Honestly terrible. I've been to dispensary's in calIfornia and colorado and honestly doesn't even come close. One time I purchased an eighth (from HCI)and it Had a bunch of seeds in it.(Paid 80 dollars for an eighth) Also I have been here twice before close(7pm) and they have informed me that I cannot come in (absolutely no line outside) the first time they turned me away I just figured it was a fluke(they didn't tell me why I could come in) tonight they told me that recreation closes at 6pm( but no where on their site does it say that) I asked for a manager and "Don" came out and informed that they close recreation lines early(sometimes) it seems like there's no set rules or regulations. Pretty upsetting, please put the proper information on your site. Please set up sound ground rules that will always be in place that way I'm not driving hours out of my way to simply be turned away(when they hours on the door clearly say 7) if you have another dispensary in your area, even if it's hours, I would go to that one. Really poor job here. And this is coming from someone who has shopped over 7 times since the year. Hundreds of dollars spent only to get crappy service. Nice

I've been a patient here since the day they opened and I've seen the menu get bigger and bigger. The selection is amazing. The place is very nice inside. The wait times have gotten a lot better and the staff seems to be knowledgeable and all - howeve because the revolving door of employees makes it not as personable. You used to walk in and people would know your name and small talk a little - it just doesn't feel the same. I went 2 months without going and when I went back, I I recognized literally nobody! Just sucks that the turnover of staff is so much that once you feel comfortable with a certain budtender, they won't work there the next time you go. Obviously that doesn't take away from the quality and availability of their products, but the environment and culture unfortunately doesn't feel the same.

This place doesn't even deserve one star .they have way too many patients ,they cannot keep anything in stock. if you like long wait times(2 1/2 hours on 420 )and a company that cares only about your money this is the place for you .This company does not deserve the license they have ,it should be taken away by the state and given to someone who cares At the very least they should not be allowed any more patients And reduce the amount they have to a level they can handle. Extremely disappointed this isn't rocket science!

This dispensary is way overpriced, if you have the opportunity to go elsewhere and or purchase off the street I recommend that by the time you pay taxes for 1 ounce of pot it is over $500, I can get it imported for cheaper than that. If you have the opportunity to buy on the street , buy it on the street, Why put more money in hands of people that don't know how to spend it right, avoid taxes buy on the street, smoke tax free

I switched to the Clinic with intention of making one purchase while my main dispensary was closed for a week while under reconstruction. The staff is very knowledgeable of the various products and their brand names. In addition, the Clinic's prices already include state tax and they have many daily specials listed within their menu. This place is very well kept and organized with additional accessories for their patients. The Clinic is affiliated with GTI, which I consider to be an additional plus because I'm a Rythm fan.

Well it has been my first dispensary, and had quite an interesting time today-I need my card renewed-was told to just bring the papers in and they'd help-but-today I was told point blank " were too busy to help you-we are taking appt's on Monday" today is Wednesday! They're too busy taking money-to help with a card renewal-trying to do it at home-and having issues uploading a "passport photo" pretty $hitty customer service if you ask me-and I've spent nearly 1000$ in 3 months-So you'd think they'd help!! Nope!!! I am disabled and can't drive-so this is the easiest location-but, I'm going to switch and just stick up more elsewhere! I'm literally in tears-bc it has been helping my lupus immensely-and now I'll be without for a week-lovely! So much for caring for medical patients! No doctor would say-hey come back on a week when I'm not too busy to take care of you!!!!Sad!

Clean, modern, welcoming business that feels very professional. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable and invited. Very first visit for 2yo daughter was little confusing. Patient specialist initially gave some misinformation by mistake and ended up walking out with the incorrect product. I did go back the next day, however, and Marlene was extremely helpful along with Alex. Marlene and Alex listened very carefully to the needs of my daughter and what type of medicine I was looking for. Ultimately they guided me to the right products and replaced the incorrect product at no charge. 3 stars today as I think there is room for improvement and growth over the coming months and years. My suggestion would be to steer customers with specific needs towards patient care specialists who have more knowledge in a particular area, such as pediatrics. Let me know if you are hiring, I am getting very knowledgeable and learning a lot about this! I wanted to give a 4 but there is still lots of growth that I can see they are working on. I would absolutely recommend this dispensary.

I've been here twice so far and both times was a pleasant experience. First time was pre-COVID (what a luxury!) and I was able to get in and out in a relatively quick manner. I wanna say I was only in line from start to finish 30 mins. However, since they instituted the waitlist (which is actually cool once you figure out how it works), it has drastically cut my time in line to maybe half of what it was. Now that crops are finally being harvested from being planted earlier in the year, you're going to start to see more offerings available for rec users, which is awesome! I love their selection of vape cartridges, but unfortunately I couldn't give you any additional insight on other offerings they have. I might try some edibles soon but when you have the ability to make your own, having someone else's just seems kind of pointless, you know? Until I learn how to make my own vape oil, I'll keep coming here for their weekend cartridge sales. Friendly staff and streamlined service. I also like that they have a rewards program. I have no idea how it works but I do love me some perks.

This was my second time at Rise and even thou you need to log in on their website and get into the " que" to then wait in your car for a text saying they are ready to serve you, then you wait in line in the parking lot, then you get called in to show ID and wait in another line, then you order on an iPad or on your phone or in person, then you wait to be called to pick up your order. Even though that sounds like a huge hassle, actually it's so well run and everyone is on it, it is a good experience. It can be quite intimidating to go to a place like this but let me assure you that they make it as quick and painless as lossy for us as the consumer.

These places are a total rip. The flower purchased was useless, had no smell, and looked like all the kief was tumbled off of it. Commercial growers don't understand that clones get weaker and weaker as they cut and plant generations. I'll never, ever, ever go back to dispensary again. F#$! that.

Went to buy an eighth of what was listed on their website as a hybrid strain, as sativa strains give me a racing heart and anxiety. 74 bucks, the guy hands me the bag. Get to my car, and right on the bottle it says in huge letters, "Sativa."Go to take it back in and you'd think I committed a felony. Security guard gets inches from my face, maskless, despite being me SUPER calm, and tells me to exit the front of the building repeatedly like I'm some criminal.Repeatedly interrupts me explaining to him.Tells me to take the product back to my car and return with a photo of it with my receipt. I explain the situation to a manager upon returning who snottily tells me, "Well they showed the item to you before you left!"No, no you freaking didn't. I was handed a bag and my ID and sent on my way. Legal or not, these are still drugs. And if you have no experience with theee strains, which are super potent, giving someone something different than advertised is potentially dangerous.There was ZERO reason for me, a kind, respectful human being and customer, to be treated like this. If you cannot label your products properly, you shouldn't be dispensing medication to people. And lastly, the manager told me, well, we don't know what the ratio of sativa to indica is on the hybrid strains we receive. They don't tell us.Then why the hell are you dispensing drugs if you don't know? I'd think knowing what's in a drug kind of matters.Just absolutely disgusting to treat a customer this way, and the security guard that got in my face and was insanely aggressive for no reason other than me trying to speak to a manager for an explanation should be fired as well.Your business needs some competition locally because people need options besides these rude human beings and the counter full of kids you employ who don't even look like they shave yet.Absolutely ridiculous the way I was treated. Glad my video camera was on and I am a news reporter so I cam show this to people and to my congressperson. Maybe then you won't think it's funny anymore to treat people this way.

As a medical patient, I always appreciated the 10% off across the board pricing for medical customers. It showed that the patient comes first. However, I was just browsing the online menu and noticed that there's no more discount for medical patients. Greed and profiteering are now the priority at Rise. The new thing is 15% off for medical patients on Mondays and Tuesdays. Why those 2 days? Well, that's an easy question to answer. All of the good product is cleaned out over the weekend, so we the medical patients get to pick from the bottom of the barrel and get a discount.A place that was once called The Clinic and prioritized health and wellness is now called Rise, because all they care about is watching their profits rise. I'll be finding another dispensary to give my business to.

The staff and customers are always polite and helpful. Even though there is usually a long line outside, it moves at a decent pace and you can usually order ahead to quickly get in and out. Parking could use some work and the building is a bit small, but those are minor issues.

And you have proven yourselves top Customer Service! I will definitely be back. And today the flower is simply amazing.They did follow up later on today letting me know that next time I stop by they will issue full credit.I went shopping and my RSO package that I purchased was empty. Went in the morning on a weekday. Highly recommend that if you can swing it. I was in and out in no time. Paid less than my estimate. Everyone was polite, like going to the bank. It was weirdly mundane, in the best way. Security complimented my tattoo on the way out. Just an overall pleasant experience.
