I own an organization called Passionate Motivation Volleyball. We train the youth in volleyball and make the community a better, more positive place. I would caution against banking here. The bank may be experiencing some difficulties. I have had a business account for 2 years with absolutely no issues. However, this week they started to question why I wanted to withdraw money from my own account and what I would be using it for. They blocked my account, limited my withdrawal amount, and stated they no longer wish to do business with me. The remaining funds in my account would be sent to me, they informed. When I requested the immediate release of the funds, they declined and did not provide a reason. This is incredibly frustrating as it seems the bank is facing issues and is now controlling our money.

This bank constantly finds ways to charge me with late fees whenever possible. There are even times when a charge would be pending, then disappears altogether from my pending list, only to reappear back on the pending list, this time somehow making me negative while still somehow making sense mathematically. If things would stop appearing and disappearing, I could manage what I have better! Can't wait for my college debt to be paid off so I can leave this bank!

I just wanted to say that nobody likes a bank that they cannot engage in online banking with if it is down all day on a Saturday. And this is not the first time.

Fix your mobile banking. I should be able to know my balance all the time, no exceptions. Mobile banking is down for hours daily. I'm about to switch banks; this is literally ridiculous. I need access to that information.

Completely dissatisfied with customer service and their app. I get a login failure constantly. I went through their "troubleshooting" protocols twice, deleting and then redownloading the app twice over the course of a couple of weeks with short-term success, but the issue always returned. When I contacted customer service, they were no help, basically parroting the online troubleshooting steps. I asked for a supervisor to call me back but that is not part of their customer service experience, apparently. I have now deleted the app for good and will look to move my money to an organization that has their act together.

Terrible, no stars, a $75 international wire fee, insufficient staff at branches, online support replies 3 to 5 days later and redirects you. The list goes on and on

Rude customer service people, not twice but over three times, exhibit nonchalant attitudes. I don't understand the problem with doing the job if you don't want to help someone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The Enfield CT branch on Enfield St. was very impersonal. I actually received a voicemail when I called the branch. Imagine that? A bank with my mother-in-law's money and no live person to answer the phone. The person who did answer stated several times they were very "busy." They wouldn't help my mother-in-law transfer her money. They told me to open a mobile account. I did that but couldn't transfer because the account was locked by the bank for suspected fraud. I was transferred at least five times. Upon reaching the fraud department, I was told I am 56th in line. We will be changing banks immediately!

Bounced 162 payroll checks even though we sent them a wire. Michael, manager of the Goodwives branch in Darien, CT, is rude and incompetent. Stay far away from this bank.

I have been a loyal customer for 15 years ,even living in another state that have no branches. I was having issues with the mobile banking after trying at least 50 times so I elected to call customer service, upon explaining my issues and my attempts they had no resolve. I spoke to multiple representatives and each had the same troubleshooting techniques that failed. Although the last rep was more vocal in a tone that was not appropriate. I have now searched for a local bank in GA. The beginning of the year I will dismiss both accounts.
